What is program managment

Program management is essentially, updating programs for engineering changes, tolerance or feature changes and special requests. The reason this is beneficial is that no machine down time is required to make these updates by an in house programmer. Using offline to manage your programs will increase the amount of inspections your CMM is perfoming.
