At Offline we understand that training is important, we have all sat through a training course at some point in our lives and been left to correlate the relevance of that course to our daily operations upon course completion. Most training courses are created as a general topic leaving you to fill in the blanks with your facilities operations standards.

These general training courses are created to standardize a group of people from different types of manufacturing environments. But how can you standardize these courses and expect people to benefit from them?

Our tailored approach to a beneficial learning experience

 Once training is requested, Offline will come to your facility to perform a ‘Facility Discovery’. Here we learn about your products, manufacturing methods, inspection equipment and inspection program details/version. An aptitude test is also given to your staff at this time to benchmark a baseline knowledge. We review all the information gathered and construct a training program tailored to your staffs comprehension level, facility operations and manufactured products.

This process is a little more involved than your average training program, but for a good reason. The time and finances set aside for training your staff will be fully utilized. Ensuring that the comprehension level of the training program does not exceed your staffs baseline knowledge means that all information will be absorbed by the attendees and all information will be beneficial in the development of your staffs skill level.
